Been a busy week

You know, when the app isn't behaving it's very frustrating. Working, crafting, and keeping busy as usual. Earlier in the week, I made a banana cake and also banana bread. The bread was a recipe I've been making for decades. However, it was a first for this kind of cake. It has a cream cheese based frosting. It came out good in both taste and appearance.

Sticky

Petunias are seriously sticky! Once again, I doned some vinyl gloves and picked off the dead blooms an a few branches from the hanging flower baskets. Time consuming. However, last time I did that a couple weeks ago within a couple days it started getting bunches of blooms. The greenery of the baskets is doing fabulous. We bought these for mother's day even though mama passed before then. She very much enjoyed the baskets we bought each year that hang within view of the living room windows. If you have petunias or get any know that they are sticky enough that dead blooms can't all just shed/drop off on their own. Remove them and you will get lots more blooms. :-)

Variegated yarn

I seem to be having issues publishing from my app. Hm. Anyway.....

This yarn still hasn't repeated the exact same color and I'm on the 2nd scarf. A sample pic. Very lovely yarn.

Knitting away.... Christmas is coming.

Soooo sleepy

It's time to get ready for bed. I finished the scarf. I will try blocking it since it rolls/curls more than I'd like. I also started another. This one I will make using a different stitch.

Finished a second hat and am working a keyhole scarf. :-)  Yes, really, the crafting doesn't end.  Lol.

Also, working a pumpkin here and there. I found and bought a couple more today.

Coffee! At Rogue Roasters. Micro roasted organic coffee and it's really good. My drink is called salty dog. It is a latte with salted carmel. Ahhhh

Hat

Nice colors and lovely yarn that I like to use. It cost more, but it's worth it. Doing fine gauge takes a lot of time though. One of the many projects going right now. After all, lots to get made for Christmas gifts. And then, there is also what I make and sell either through etsy or in person.

Yeah, I am always making something. I even have a carve (funkin) going.
